old books for display

Elliot James British interior designer based in Singapore composed this opulent no fuss space.

Very discerning and daring choice, just a single colour library and a space with very limited palette in differing tones and textures. This designer has celebrated the space itself, not just seeing this interior as a blank canvas to decorate and fill. There are no swags or scrolls, none of the furnishings are shouting for attention, but still this refinement offers up opulence, less is most definitely more in this case.
