We will usually ship your books by the foot order the day after approval and payment before 12pm previous day

If you require a 24 hr courier a small additional charge will be applied (1-2 working days, does not include weekends or bank holidays)

For larger quantity orders such as pallets, please contact us for specific courier requests.


Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery if you would like to return your purchase for a no quibble refund. Returns will be fully refunded minus the restocking fee of 10% and customer return postage cost, with condition all books returned in the condition they were sent. Refund issued within 5 working days of receipt of return.

(Please note, no quibble refunds only apply to books by the foot orders under 10 feet. Specialty orders do not apply). Please ensure you are satisfied with Décor Books advice, as information and images will be able to be sent before despatch. Email approval response must be within 24 hours or books will be sent without approval.

Décor Books cannot be held liable for customer treatment of the books after sale, if the condition degrades after sale we will not replace, books are purchased in good condition and will be the new owners responsibility to look after their purchase.

Goods Damaged In Transit

When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you are signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel of books by the foot immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in all correspondence).

Goods Lost In Transit

You will receive a notification from our carrier that your goods have been despatched, you must notify us within 7 days of despatch of your order if you have not received your goods, we cannot claim losses and provide replacements after this time has lapsed. Please note requests to your courier to leave parcel with a neighbour or safe place is against our policy and you will do so at your own risk. Décor Books will not be held liable for losses or damage.
